Closeups are immaculate and the dynamic range is impressive in most scenes. The dragon effects work has really come a long way since GOT S1, so much so that we may take for granted that dragons are pure fantasy. In the US (and several other countries), on HBO Max, House Of The Dragonwill be available in 4K and HDR. But HBO Max is not available in the UK (at least not without a VPN), therefore many of its shows air on Sky.
