You can happily load it in a high-end Leica, a 70s SLR, or a plastic reloadable camera and know that you're going to get good and consistent results without having to think too hard! Photographers can still use film, and Kodak Color Plus film brings a warmth to the shots that's specific to 35 mm film. ColorPlus has a long history of changing names throughout the decades, but always maintaining its cheaper and mass public appeal.

Colorplus 200 is a medium speed, budget 35mm film option based on an older emulsion compared to it's Kodak peers.

These articles have all of the info that a new shooter will need to pick their film and have success shooting it.The 24-exposure version of the 35mm value film, the Kodak ColorPlus 200 is a great option for photographers on a low budget. It’s probably because of the ECN2 processing, but in my experience Color Plus doesn’t have the yellow tint that Gold 200 brings. The companies we use are DPD or DHL and parcels are delivered in 48 hours or sooner from date of despatch. Eye relief refers to the distance between the eyepiece and the observer's eye, which determines the comfortable viewing distance. During this time, the money will not have left your account and will appear on your account as "un-cleared funds or pending".

Kodak’s color negative range includes the professional Portra series, a film that’s dedicated to portraits or editorial (but that can be used in multiple settings). I’d always err towards giving it more light than less, as it can quickly look muddy when underexposed. Although the specific details aren’t clear, it appears that the technical specifications of Colorplus and Gold diverged in the late 80s as technology improvements were added to Gold, but Colorplus was left as the budget option. Maybe overdid things in some of the shots a little but in the end it is horses for courses and I wanted to give the film the best press. You can expect a good all-round performance from this film; with noticeable grain, warm tones, a slightly muted look to some colours such as the blues (especially in overcast conditions) and a generally "vintage" look.

I was a big fan of the old Agfa Vista 200 24 3 exposure rolls available here in Austria in the 1990ies.
